Se la patente ha un punteggio inferiore a 15 crediti le imprese e i lavoratori sono impossibilitati a lavorare nei cantieri salvo il completamento delle attività in corso di esecuzione se i lavori eseguiti sono superiori al 30% del valore del contratto. Il recupero dei crediti è subordinato alla valutazione di una commissione territoriale.

In caso di mancanza della patente o del documento equivalente (in caso di imprese/lavoratori autonomi stabiliti in uno stato diverso dall’Italia) oppure con un numero di crediti inferiore a 15 sono soggetti a sanzione amministrativa pari al 10% del valore dei lavori o comunque non inferiore a 6000€ e saranno esclusi dalla partecipazione ai lavori pubblici per un periodo di 6 mesi.

Alcuni opuscoli realizzati da INAIL in occasione della campagna “Con Inail, ricomincio dal mio lavoro”, sul reinserimento lavorativo delle persone con disabilità da lavoro, che contengono una sintesi delle misure di sostegno proposte dall’Istituto.

L’Inail garantisce supporto ai propri assistiti vittime di infortunio o malattia professionale per la continuità lavorativa o per l’inserimento in una nuova occupazione attraverso la realizzazione di progetti personalizzati di reinserimento lavorativo. Disponibili per i datori di lavoro finanziamenti a fondo perduto fino a un massimo di euro 150.000,00 per interventi di adeguamento degli ambienti e delle postazioni di lavoro e azioni formative mirate alla riqualificazione professionale dei lavoratori infortunati.

Per favorire l’accesso ai finanziamenti, l’Istituto ha da tempo semplificato l’iter e le procedure di attivazione degli interventi, snellendo l’iter a carico dei datori di lavoro e promuovendo campagne di sensibilizzazione per rendere maggiormente note le misure per il reinserimento lavorativo delle persone con disabilità da lavoro.

Per l’edizione 2022 della campagna di comunicazione sono stati realizzati due opuscoli informativi e due brochure, dedicati rispettivamente ai lavoratori e ai datori di lavoro, che illustrano gli interventi previsti dall’Inail e forniscono una serie di indicazioni utili:

• chi sono i destinatari delle misure adottate dall’Inail, sia in caso di conservazione del posto di lavoro sia in caso di nuova occupazione;
• quali interventi è possibile realizzare con i finanziamenti;
• quali sono i contributi messi a disposizione e come è possibile accedervi;
• notizie di interesse per lavoratori e per datori di lavoro.
